Christopher Thompson
Founder and Culinary Director, grew up surrounded by the smells and taste of high quality produce, fresh seafood from the Mediterranean, some of the world’s most famous cheeses, DOP products, vineyards and of course, his grandmother’s inspiring home cooking. For him the kitchen has always been a place to connect, create, enjoy and savor. It is life! He spent his formative years training and working with several renowned chefs in the regions of Lombardy and Veneto, Italy. He then ventured to Dubai, U.A.E where he discovered new savors, spices and the love for travel and adventure. He built up a reputation in the catering and event business. Working for Dubai’s acclaimed luxury hospitality leader he had the opportunity to serve royal families from Qatar and United Arab Emirates and experience first-hand the highest expectations of perfection. His international culinary experiences enable him to design menus with limitless options. Whatever the event or occasion, he and his team will work with you every step of the way to design a menu that suits your needs and renders your event a success.
Grace Peron
Creative and Operations Director, brings decades of design experience. One of her all-time favorite quotes is: “Life is about memories, not diamonds” and it shows in every event that she produces and manages. Inspired by great food, love of life, family and travel she brings uniqueness and elegance to each and every detail, creating amazing experiences for life’s most significant moments and celebrations. Her ability to guide and inspire, to direct the behind-the-scenes logistics, coordinate vendors, develop detailed full-proof timelines are invaluable and make our events seem effortless. From weddings and private parties to corporate and themed affairs, Grace and her design team will customize your event to reflect and capture the essence of the moment and help fashion buzzworthy memories that will live forever.

Mary Joy Thompson
Service and Entertainment Director, plays an integral role in supporting creative concepts related to food, décor, production and overall event logistics. With over 10 years of international experience in the food service and entertainment business, she brings a fresh and exciting perspective to the Canadian catering scene. MJ oversees sourcing and managing highly qualified waiting and bar staff and entertainers. She loves developing and planning the fun stuff that happens at events and her affinity for social trends is an integral part of her success. Great entertainment is one of the key elements to any memorable event and MJ and her team will assist from playlists, band/DJ to alternative entertainment ideas that will WOW your guests and give them something to remember.
